There are few things, for me, that make feeling miserable not so… miserable.
- Cat cuddled and purring on lap: check, wait… no check. Ok, check again… and… nevermind.
- Big comfy sweater, sweat pants, and warm socks: check, check, check
- Decaf Earl Grey Tea in favorite mug: check and check
- Kleenex: check
- Reading list: check
I have finally succumbed to the illness that has been infecting our family for over a month now. The sneezes are violent, the coughs are chest-rattling, and I want to amputate my nose because it burns from blowing it way too much. Basically, I feel miserable.
So there’s only one thing to do.
Isolate myself and submerge into reading. Ok, that’s two. I start with the links in “Other Noteworthy Blogs” you can fine at the bottom of that right side bar, over there. Unless you’re reading this on your phone, then it will be at the very bottom of the page. Keep scrolling, you’ll find it.
