Amidst this COVID-19 pandemic, we have amped up our arts and crafts creations. My second attempt at bread didn’t turn out much better than my first. It tastes great, but even with lots of extra time to rise, it fell flat.
Amidst this COVID-19 pandemic and recommendations for social distancing, social isolation, and quarantine, not to mention people hoarding many foods like bread, milk (which I don’t really get because they are perishable), and canned goods, it feels like the perfect time to get in touch with our grass roots.
Vegetarian, vegan, whole food plant based, keto, microbiom… there are a whole lot of food trend buzz words floating around right now. And even more conflicting “information”. It doesn’t help that the judgment from fundamentalists makes it disheartening for people to join any Facebook groups, just looking for guidance and inspiration.
